I especially liked the way the staff treated us. We felt like we were at home with family. It is nice to feel welcome. The rooms were clean.
the hotel is in need of an update but overall, a great place to stay in Amarillo.

Liked the very helpful front desk clerk Debbie. Good breakfast, comfortable bed.

Dislike the waffle maker at Fairfield Inns, noisy heated, old chipped bathtub, gap in door. Small room. Rates are too high for what you get ... there are better buys at the many competitive motels nearby.

However .... I've been in much worse. It's not a bad place to stay.

Great hotel...clean, courteous staff, and good location. Only one concern, the room thermostat could not be set any lower than 76 degrees due to a screw that was purposely placed to prevent expensive cooling of the room.

Had a great time at the Inn. Wish they would have made more cookies. Seems they made only 1 batch. Breakfast was very good also. Especially the waffles & sausage. We always stay at the Fairfield wherever we go. Good location also in Amarillo
