The elevators took a while and they could use another hot tub, but those are minor details. This was one of the best places we've stayed in lots of traveling. Ski in/ski out was as good as advertised. It was nice and quiet, had a great kitchen, fireplace was great. Cool balcony. Convenient bus service to the village was great. Highly recommended.

We liked the breakfast. Did not like the noisy party guys that sounded as they were coming thru the walls! Many guests complained, nothing was done about it. Not sure if we would go back, not too impressed. Also at night not enough pool towels. The location was OK. The staff not friendly at all! They all need to go to charm School!!

We aren't a ski family so we are here every summer instead. Fabulous breakfast, kids especially love it. Pool great. Mountainview rooms terriffic. We loved the Marriott in Whistler! The staff is courteous and helful. They have us a nice room, with a great view. Most important to us, they allowed us to bring our dog! We have already made reservations to go back.

Having stays twice at the Chateau Whistler we tried this place and have been back to the Marriott for the last 5 trips. The suites are spacious and beautifully designed and the overall level of service and cleanliness is hard to fault. They also now have a ski hire shop in the hotel - very useful if you arrive jet-lagged.

The breakfast was very nice with boiled eggs, waffles, cereal, all types of sweets, cinamon rolls, fruit, juice, milk, coffee, tea, toast,apples, oranges, and 40 feet to ski trail down to lift.i got the best rate with orbitz. take me with you for a good tour guide and a place to get 40.00 gloves for 3.00 and 50.00 mask for 5.00...
