the hotel was okay. the desk was broken. the room was great. the food was great. the floor was slippery in the pool area. didn't have towels had to call. i would try here again.

The location was perfect and the staff went out of their way to assist us with information on

ski packages, tours and shopping. The service was great! The complimentary breakfast was a real

treat and a money saver. We met other guests from all over the United States and enjoyed

visiting with them.

The staff were wonderful, and they treated our basketball team like true champs. We were there for the IHSA state finals, and enjoyed every moment of it. I recently had my wedding reception at the Doubletree Hotel in Bloomington, IL. From the beginning to the end I had a wonderful experience. The wedding coordinator was so helpful and made my wedding day perfect. The food and service was excellent. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a reception site.
