We loved this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic, fresh waffles, sausage , eggs, danish and bagels, cereals, etc. more than you get most places. The beds were comfortable and the pillows too. One of the best nights sleep I have had away from home. Located in a quiet area but still close to most attractions. We will definitely return and recommend to anyone traveling to the Smoky Mountains.

I to was on the top floor but found it to be clean and quite, thge room was very clean and the people where very friendly. I came to the place to sleep, and it was right never some nice places to eat, and shop... I enjoyed My nights rest there, the bed and pillows where just right, did not have to get another pillow like most places.. Towels ...
