The staff was very accommodating and helpful with all of our needs. Hotel was very clean and quiet. My only complaint was the lack of variety with breakfast items (not a fan of biscuits and gravy everyday).

was decorated so beautifully, it was wonderful!! I could have been very happy just staying at the hotel day and night..and forgot the shopping in town. The indoor hot tub and pool were super! I will definitely go back again! The theme of Gone With the Wind was great. I just loved one of the pictures of Rhett and Scarlett together. Its beautiful.

I was so very impressed from the moment we arrived at your facility until we left. Hospitality galore, rooms were more than comfortable, they were just like you were at home, the breakfust was outstanding, and my window view was great, and you also furnished us with a snack bag as we left. We were there with the H2U group from Macon,Ga in Dec 2008.

The inn was beautiful and clean! Every staff member I met was very friendly:)
I enjoyed the river view balcony. Such a peaceful setting. I especially liked the location of the inn....away from the busier section of town.
The pools could have been somewhat cleaner but still enjoyed swimming in all of the pools and lazy river.
We would definitely return to your inn:)

We first saw this place about 10 years ago & thought it would cost too much.It is comparable to others and it is far superior! All of the staff is great
esp. Jan and everyone remembers you and what you like and which room you want to stay in! The place is always clean and decorated so nice!
My only complaint is that it is getting too crowded in this area!

I did not like the front desk calling my room at 11:00 p.m.,saying we were making too much noise,my wife and I were both in bed sleeping,the clerk was very rude when I tried to explain this to her. When they get a complaint from another guest they should go too the area and investigate before calling guests that late in the evening,and disturbing ...

There was mold growing on the walls behind the wall-paper. We taped it up to keep it from bothering my wife (who has asthma). In addition she is handicapped and they were in process of painting on the outside which meant there were only limited rooms available. This place is pretty much away from everything which may be convenient to some.
