Positives:
Amazing lobby, pool area and ground floor. As clean as any Egypt hotel. Breakfast buffet was quite good - and included. Free shuttle service to downtown was a savior.
Negatives:
Sleazy manager refused to give us the "Nile View" room we booked and paid extra for (also not refunded btw). Too far to walk to town in the heat ...
