The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very,very clean. It was handy to the Pentagon City Mall and Metro so we didn't need to drive to go sightseeing. The parking garage was secure, the only way to get in was with your room key card. The breakfast buffet had many choices and was constantly replenished.

Although the location is good, I found the service to be aweful.
First off, the room smelled rather musty. Second, the food at the free meals was not very good.
Third, the service was terrible. Example: while trying to get change for the $3 laundry machines, the desk clerk sneered at me and told me to go to the bank instead.
There were several other incidents in which the staff were rude or simply not helpful.
