They have the worst service!! The staff has no idea what is going on!! THEY ARE INCOMPETENT!! Do not stay here the food is bad!! Overall it was a horrible stay!

Very nice place to stay. Onle custemeere service some times are very bad. Other than that it is very nice to spend some time at the beach.

The location was great. The service was horrible. The room was in very poor condition. The beds and sofas were run down and dirty. The floor of our room was full of sand and overall the room smelled. Air conditioning was the worst it made noise the whole time we were there and couldnt even sleep. The pool was very dirty the two days we were there. The worse part was the cockroaches both in the pool area and room.

My family and I traveled from Sierra Vista, Arizona and stayed at the Penasco Del Sol hotel during our visit to Rocky Point from 26 to 28 August, 2005. I LIKED EVERYTHING ESPECIALLY THE VIEW. WE HAD BEACH FRONT IT WAS BEAUTIFUL. WELL THE BEACH IS LOCATED ON THE BEACH SO EVERY VIEW IS VERY BEAUTIFUL. THE PEOPLE ARE NICE AND THERE IS A CLUB IN THE HOTEL. IT WAS SO MUCH FUN AND ITS VERY CLEAN; SOMETHING I WAS VERY WORRIED ABOUT . THERE IS SO MUCH TO DO SUCH AS PARASAILING, FISHING, JET SKING, ETC. IT WAS MY FIRST VACATION AND IT WAS GREAT.
