Our room smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room, Smelled like they just sprayed air freshner everywhere. The second day they did not clean the room at all, no fresh towels even. The desk clerk said we had to request that. The continental breakfast consisted of bought mini doughnuts and white bread, with a broken toaster. I would not recommend this hotel at any price.

Close to everything, friendly staff, clean and very affordable! The continental breakfast was a little short on selections and the area available for it, was on the small side; but we would certainly look to make our next stay in Grand Forks, at the Select Inn!

Good rates. The b-fast area was extremely small. 4 chairs so it felt like you were in some strangers kitchen eating b-fast. Not to mention very crowded. Wasn't impressed with the bfast.

The room needed some bedside tables or something. The lighting was awful so you had to get out of bed to turn the kitchen like, overhead light off. Totally inconvenient. No dresser to stuff anything in.

I loved the price of these rooms. Sometimes you just need a room on a tight budget so you can spend the most of your money on shopping. The service was excellent, the hotel staff were super friendly! And it's not a hassle to check in. I'll be back.
