    Private owner terrible customer service. Would not give a refund for one day early check out. Room was pre paid.

    The hotel is a bit outdated and some things to to be fixed/replaced. We had a hole in our bathroom wall and there was some type of food(we hope) on the comforter. Also, the room was suppose to be nonsmoking but we could smell smoke in the room, especially the bathroom.
