    My tour of Osaka was extra special because of my stay here. Staff were very friendly and polite, hotel facilities were great and convenient and the location wsa just perfect for a great day of hanami! All in all, very wonderful! Keep it up :D:D:D

  • This hotel is perfect

    The only issue is there is no iron in the room. The staff is so polite, I'm sure they would come up and iron my shirt for me.

    Okay, I don't usually travel in places like this, but the attention to detail is unreal, without being pretentious.
