Poor front desk staff--rude, unhelpful. A/C did not work and staff argued with us that it did???? One in particular--avoid...salt and pepper hair, about 5'9", fiftish, male. Rude and unhelpful. First night we refused to stay--Rome had heat wave and, room was like oven. Shower was great if you were under 100 pounds. B'fst was cold ...

Great location, must be the only reason this place gets positive reviews. We recently stayed at the hotel for our anniversary and was
very disappointed. The front desk missed our wake up call for a scheduled

I really liked the location of this hotel. It was close to all of the main monuments. We walked everywhere from our hotel. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was pretty good too. The room we got was extremely small. I expected a small room b/c it's Europe, but this room was really small. The bed was a little bigger than a full, and ...

Centrally located within walking distance to the Forum (10 min.), Colesseum (15 min.), Trevi Fountain (15 min.), Spanish Steps (20 min.).

Service was good. Staff was helpful. I would arrange tours around Rome before arriving because the tours available to book through the hotel (by Carrani Tours) were overcrowded. Breakfast was good and nice ...
