I made the reservation but had to cancel the morning I was to arrive. I was never told about a cancellation policy at the time I made or cancelled the reservation. In fact, they couldn't even find the reservation when I called to cancel. They made an unauthorized charge of $145.00 to my checking account. This matter is currently in dispute with Best Western and I am waiting hopefully for a good outcome. Be Careful!
