Interpersonal Skills Very GoodFor my first time i enter this hotel,i found interpersonal skills of their staff are very good.. The staffs very friendly, very nice and helpful.. We loved it !We stayed in an appartment and it was a little tired, but still lovely. There was nothing we disliked otherwise.The breakfast is fantastic and the pool is great with a relaxed atmosphere. We are going to try a hotel room this time and can't wait to go back.2 of 2 Yahoo! A PLEASENT STAY IN NOVOTEL SURABAYAI've checked in on 2nd Sep and have a good time there for 4 days. All staff are nice and friendly..and just to mention his GM is a nice guy and taken care too.
