Room was fairly clean and quiet. Staff was helpful and friendly. Heated pool felt wonderful on a cold and rainy evening. One bad note was the continental breakfast. Went early and found very little and only decaf coffee. No where to sit to eat. I would stay again, because the cost was great. I would plan on eating breakfast elsewhere. Nice resturants close by.

My friends and I stayed at this hotel based on the horrible reviews it has gotten on several websites. However, it did not live up to the hype. Our room was very clean and everything worked fine. The staff was very friendly and gave us no trouble. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great room at a great price. However, if you are looking for an awesomely bad stay, this place is not for you.

WE STAYED WITH A GROUP OF 10 YR. OLD GIRLS AND PAYED THE EXTRA ROOMS, BUT WERE GIVEN ONLY 2 TOWELS PER ROOM WHEN BOOKED FOR 5 PER ROOM. WE ASKED FOR MORE TOWELS AND EACH TIME THEY WERE IN THE LAUNDRY IRONICALLY. EVENTUALLY WE WERE GIVEN SCRATCHY POOL TOWELS FOR OUR SHOWERS. THE POOL ROOM WAS FREEZING! WE ASKED THEM TO TURN UP THE HEAT THEY SAID ...

This property now claim they are not a Best Western, now that they kept my money for a stay I cancelled. Not sure if they are or not, but I would not ever stay there again. I have been waiting 4 weeks for them to refund a stay that I didn't have, and they charged my card after I cancelled.
