the hotel was great. the room was great. the food was great. the lobby was great. the service was great. i would stay here again.

From the pictures and reviews, I expected a unique, botique hotel that felt upscale. Other than a nice lobby, the rest of the experience was pedestrian and a bit shabby. The furniture was laminate, the bathroom had worn fixtures and the bed was soft. Even the tv was small. It was clean, but I could have been in a Hampton Inn; I expect more at these prices and based on how they bill themselves.

I was expecting something really great from the pics on the web and comments but was basically unimpressed. Tiny rooms, so-so service. We did enjoy Harrys.

The first thing I noticed about The Magnolia Hotel in Denver was the cozy atmosphere in the lobby, with a fire in the fireplace and the large couches and chairs. The location of this hotel is ideal. It is close to the downtown and convention center. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I loved the evening cocktails, warm cookies at night, and wonderful breakfast buffet. This is a great place to stay--aways from the mad rush of the larger hotels.

Nice weekend get away in Downtown Denver. Clean, comfortable rooms. My only complaint is the air conditioning is VERY loud and the windows do not open.

Great stay. Accomodations were fantastic and so too was the location. Staff was friendly. Harrys was a unique, non-smoking bar. Loved the all-suite rooms.
