I was a student at Bob Ross for 3 weeks in FL. By luck, I ran across the Sea Horse. I had a 3 week reservation at another hotel that was not clean nor did it feel safe. Other ladies staying at the same hotel felt the same way so we all cancled our reservations and stayed at the Sea Horse instead.
