Hotel 31 was in a great location, near the subway (Train 4 or 6), Times Square, and all the sights to see in NY. We had a great view of the Empire State Building from our window.
The hotel had a lot of NY character. The rooms were clean and the shared bathroom was not a problem. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.
