Some towels in the room were used. There was pet food all over the floor. The air conditioner never got cold. The front desk cashier took at least 1/2 hour to get us in our room (and there was no waiting in a line). My credit card was charged $298.20 for a one night stay at $89.00 per night!

The river out back is beautiful, but it is all fenced off. The pool area is a screened in pool - there is no place to sit that does not get wet!

The hotel was close to the mall. Easy to get in and out of. The room was clean and really nice. The view was fantasic(4th floor)river side. We had a real nice stay there. Thank you.

I have stayed in hotels much nicer for less money. The room smelled of tobacco and it was not disclosed to me to be a smoking room. The view was great, the shopping across the street made it all okay. I thought the additional $20. fee for a pet should have been refundable w/no damage, considering the price of the room.

clean rooms, friendly staff a little difficult to get to but right off of I-75
rates are lower than other comparable hotels in the area that i have stayed in. kids loved the waffels and pool while my wife shopped at Prime Outlets mall
