you are used to soft beds. Our beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Unable to get enough rest. We used this place because of convenience to airport, due to a 5 am flight. Country Inn & Suites in Bloomington is excellent. They have excellent service and are very accomodating. We have a child in a wheelchair and they do for us what we need and the kids love the pool. We highly recommend this hotel for families.

The Manager of this property is not very accommodating and I would suggest being very careful about booking a room at this property on-line. If you need to make a change after the fact, they are rigid with their policies. I'm a Gold Elite member and have never ran up against this type of service ever before. For a business traveler that stays in hotels about a third of the year, this was intolerable and inexcusable.
