BEST PLACE THAT I HAVE EVER STAYED!

MY FAMILY STAYED HERE JUST FOR A WEEKEND GET AWAY AND I HAVE NEVER SEEN NICER PEOPLE. EVERYONE WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE US FEEL COMFORTABLE. THEY HAD A NICE BREAKFAST AND A REALLY WARM INDOOR POOL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.

This hotel is super good. There amenities include a continel breakfast, a brodchure stand, indoor pool, and a fitness center. And also enjoy the read it and return lending library as well. this hotel is not a disgrace. please visit the hotel and enjoy its service.

The service attendants were very helpful and the rooms were a great value.Our family visits Charleston, WV Frequently and it was the best and most affordable one we've stayed in.

Not friendly upon arrival. The free breakfast was inedible (the eggs could not be cut with the plastic knives provided). Also, they said they had DSL cables in the room, which they did not have, so we never could get online.

After my stay, they sent me an e-mail asking for my feedback, so I told them about the DSL problem and the inedible ...

THis hotel offers 2 queen beds for the price of 2 double beds. Great for families w/ a complementary breakfast that has hot selections.

We needed to use the laundry service and soap was provided. The blankets were a bit thin though.

A delightful hotel--full of southern charm and friendly staff; some may not like the location (Kanawha City, not downtown Charleston) but my family enjoyed being out of town. Unfortunately next to interstate (somewhat noisy), but also located in a section of other motels. Clean! Continental breakfast was a full breakfast: just serve yourself (including waffles)
