A Great Time!My fiance and I just got back from Disney's Pop Century and we had a wonderful time! This is a great hotel and very affordable. We did the whole disney package which included the magical express from the airport to using the bussing system at the hotel. It was wonderful! The rooms were perfect! Disney's Pop Centruy ResortAlthough overall the stay at Disney World was good. I will never stay at the Pop Century Resort, it is very far from everthing and in our opinion it was an ugly hotel, the room we received faced a parking lot miles and miles away from everything else. Everything was greatWe had stayed at the All Star Movies hotel last trip to Disney. The Pop Century was about the same. It is the newest budget hotel so it was a tiny bit better due to being new. The food court didn't have the selection of foods that I remembered at the ASM hotel, but we survived. Always pricey though. A plain ham/cheese sandwich from the cooler ...4 of 4 Yahoo! Magical StayFrom reading online, I knew what to expect when we got there - small rooms, a long walk and a lot of noise.
Boy were they wrong!
The room was smaller than I would have liked, but the door didnt hit the bed like it was said online. BEST VALUE Disney hotelIt was May 2005 I went to Disney with my family, I look everywhere for a value hotel for us to spend a 4 days vacation. This place was recommanded by my friend and yes it was great! you could easily get to park in 10 minutes. MemorableMy 17 yr. Old daughter and I had a marvious time here. Brought back wonderful momories for myself and she was able to partake in my past.
Staff and establishment couldn't be better, We felt right at home, Info on the TV was also helpful, We did not miss anything. Thank you all for a most successful and relaxing vacation. Been there, done that, Going Back!The room service keeps the rooms very clean and they fold towels into cute little critters.
The food court has a mug you can purchase and use on your whole visit at the soda fountain.
There is constant transportation to and from the Walt Disney Parks. While staying at Pop Century there are extra majic hours where parks open an hour earlier for resort guest.
