We stayed there for Mother's Day weekend and one of the beds smelled like urine. We took the sheets off only to uncover a stained mattress with horrible blood stains on both sides. You would have thought someone commited a murder on that bed. It was horrible!!!

The staff is rude, the rooms are smelly with dirty sheets, and you have to return dirty towels to get fresh ones. I would never stay at any extended stay again. Did I mention it was awful...

I spent 8 nights at the Hattiesburg, Sun Suites and regardless of what the advertise, I recieved clean towels twice. No clean sheets, no vacuming, no trash cans emptying. The full service kitchen consisted of 2 plates, saucrs, cups, can opener, 2 knives, forks, spoons. The group i tavel with stay at one location several knights at a time. This is one of the poorest places we have been. Do not recommend for more than 2 knights.

Wow, what a stay this was! We arrived on a Friday night to discover that the hotel was inundated with fraternity members. Fortunately Friday night was somewhat quiet although several times these guys were playing music loud, hanging out in the parking lot, standing in the doorway of their rooms, etc. Saturday was a nightmare.
