Wonderful chef!! great food asnd service! The best it has ever been! We eat there 2-3 thimes a mnth since it openend and it is wonderful.. Great atmosphere any time of the year!

Circa used to be really great especially when Joe Sparatta was the Chef. He did an excellent job. It's not the same anymore. I think there are new owners now. The staff is different. the service used to be excellent now they have a bunch of idiots who don't even know the menu. The food is not that great and overpriced for what you get. I miss the old chef and staff. :(

Food: Excellent. There are a limited number of entrees on the menu (6-8), but I've had three of them and they were all great - Steak frites, ribeye, and the braised short ribs. This is our new favorite place. The food, the service, everything was awesome. Highly recommended. I think it is one of the best places in NJ.

The service was fantastic and you never knew they were there, but things got taken care of. The food was 5 STAR and the selection of beer that Rudy recommended, you could not go wrong. Rudy and Joe have a winner. Thanks guys and thanks for a wonderful evening.

The best oysters and steak tartare we've had in years. Excellent service and a very decent wine list. Try this place.
