Great Hotel, just a pity that after spending in excess of US$6500 in 33 days, that the Starwood Residency Policy comes into play, i.e., spend a fortune, up to 30 days get massive points rewards, stay for 31, get none. Understand? No nor did I. The logical conclusion is for a long stay, to stay at the Hilton.

The rooms are very comfortable, the service impecable, especially after staying at Chinese run hotels and the ammenties clean and inviting (the pool). I did not like the location - it is in Pudong, and you must take a taxi to get to Old Town or the Bund - but getting back is hard. Its an easy taxi ride to view the Pearl Tower.
