Can't say anything was wrong except the parking fee---stayed at another hotel at the end of the vacation and fee was $15.00 dollars less a day!

An average holiday inn. Obtained great price on priceline only paid 74.00 a night and worth it. Room was large and located in back where no street noise. o Within walking distance of pier. This hotel is a great location for everything in Fishermans Wharf, close proxity to restaurants, shops, cable car.
The buffet breakfast makes this hotel along with its location great value for money. Would definately go back!

Like access to public transportation. Lots of attraction are within walking distance. Hotel staff is very knowlegable of local fair and willing to share it when asked. Rooms are good size and clean.

Excellent location,service was good and very close to Fishermans Wharf for all the happenings of the area.Local transport was varied with 2 cable car terminals within a 10 min walk and the local F line Tram cars within a 5 min walk.A trip to downtown was a 20 min cable car ride.

Good rooms and great location for all the attractions. The normal Holiday Inn formula that you can trust for a good stay

Where to start? It was raining as we had to walk outside for more than a block to get to our room (there are two different buildings). We get to our room and it is smoking (and all I wanted to do was rest from my flight) ugh!

The vending machines were are all empty.
The Denny's in the hotel had rotten service with an attitude.

There nothing nice to say abou this place except the location.

this is a short walk to fisherman's wharf. We would have preferred the Holiday Inn Express becasue they had a free cont breakfast at the same price and virtually the same location

The hotel is fine, nothing fancy, the bedspreads and carpet are a little worn. The bathroom in the room is very clean (high priority for me). I picked this hotel due to the location and price, next trip I will stay by Union Square; more up scale things to do, the Wharf is a big tourist trap.
