The customer service at this hotel sucked.
Arriving late into the night because of a family emergency, they would not even offer me a fruit to tide me til morning....
Then trying to get a cup of coffee at 5:30am next day, before going to my Uncle's surgery was a no go. The clerk said, 'Breakfast isn't til 7am!'
Just really bad service.
