My stay was 2 nights but was incredible. I was simply amazed at the attention to detail. Every person that greeted me appeared simply enthralled about my visit. The rooms were awesome, and I would definately stay here again ( if I can afford it:) )

We had a hard time communicating with the employees, it seems everyone was a foreigner. There was just a few Americans working there, it was clean and well taken care of.

The service is out of this world. All the personal are the best of any place you will ever stay.The Golf course is one of the nicest you will ever play and the beach and the beach service is great.

I loved everything about my stay from the minute I walked into the Ritz. The pool is like bath water, the staff is personable and warm. the premium you charge to play golf is really excessive. your people, however, (staff) are the the most thoughtful and professional I have encountered anywhere. when they use your expression "My pleasure", the feeling is that they really mean it. then, they go about it in earnest. good job guys Alan Satz
