clean, beautiful, very courteous, friendly and i will stay again. pool was also very clean and comfortable temperature. staff provided happy hour an d maps for area so we couldn't get lost finding eating establishments. Rooms were immaculate with my "extras" provided.

the hubby and i have stayed in this hotel alot!! and our last stay was not good at all... first nite i woke up next morning with bed bug bites all over me. of course i complained they gave us diffrent room and free nite... well just got home to check my bank account and they have chargded us TWICE on two diffrent days...
Breakfast was cold both mornings and biscuts were crappy...
just not one of the best stays we have had.

I loved this place because it is a GREAT romantic getaway, IF you reserve a room for a room that has a 2 person whirlpool with a king size bed. It is very relaxing, and you don't think about anything when you are there! I go back time and time again!

I'm from Chicago, and a hotel with the amenities of this one, would cost two to three times as much in Chicago. The room featured a kitchenette (microwave & fridge), a whirlpool, and excellent service.
