Rooms are good but they charge $8 for parking with no guarantees you'll get a parking spot. You may have to wait till someone leaves before you find one. Not a lot to do within walking distance.

Downtown location. Dirty streets and lots of homeless and drunk people hanging around. Restaurants within walking distance cater to people who work downtown and are closed for dinner. This was typical Residence inn -- great rooms, clean, comfortable and roomy - good breakfast, and nice managers reseption. The desk staff was friendly and helpful. One note -- you do have to pay for parking. Overall - a great experiance -- highly recomended for exdended stays.
