i wouldn't stay here againcurtain was short and didn't keep the light. the room was dirty. the front desk was rude and not helpful.breakfest was cold not much to decide. i wouldn't stay here again.OVERALL

Always a pleasant experienceWe stay here at least 5 times a year, each time they improve and are more customer oriented. Appetiser nights, bigger breakfast selections, wine and beer tastings. The only negative is that rates have risen quite a bit in the last 2 years, otherwise Excellent!OVERALL

I'll never returnThe rooms themselves were nice, however the customer service was terrible. I was charged an extra $75. I had to pull teeth to speak with the general manager and she was extremly short and rude with me. She refused to give me any further contact information of how I might be able to get in touch with anyone else with the hotel and refused to refund ...3 of 3 Yahoo!
