We stayed here when we visited Washington DC. It was cheaper here, slightly outside of all of the hub bub of the DC area. Definitely barebones but comfortable enough. Just took us 15 minutes to get to the city. Lots of restaurants nearby and along the route to DC.
It is in a residential area, a little difficult to find at night.
