We stayed here when we visited Washington DC. It was cheaper here, slightly outside of all of the hub bub of the DC area. Definitely barebones but comfortable enough. Just took us 15 minutes to get to the city. Lots of restaurants nearby and along the route to DC.

It is in a residential area, a little difficult to find at night.

This hotel is in a quiet suburban area but yet close enough to restaurants that you could walk. Compared to a Homestead Suites this hotel is far better. I stayed in a Homestead 30 days before moving here and I like this place much more. They have free DIY laundry, a pantry, approx 100 channels on the TV, HBO 1,2. They have a DVD and VCR combo ...

1. Desk clerk could barely understand me and had my reservations confused.
