ROOMS WERE PRE-PAID FOR. ASKED A GROUP MEMBER FOR CARD INFORMATION AND CHARGED THEM. EVEN THOUGH IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE JUST FOR FILE. IT WAS A HUGE HASSLE TO GET THE REFUND TOOK AND HOUR ON HOLD FOR THE PHONE CALL.
I loved this place because of there caringness toward the customer. And the greal room service provied.And how could I forget the fabulos food. Most of all the luxcurious pool.

The room was not cleaned, there were holes in curtains. Stains all over the floor, comforter. The fire extinguisher outside the room door, had been broken into and was gone. I did not enjoy my stay!!!

My credit card had a charge from this hotel for several days that I did not stay. I spoke to the manager and he insisted that I spoke to him when the reservations were made - which was not true. Not only did I not make reservations or stay at this hotel during that period, I only make reservations on the LaQuinta website. He was so infuriating ...

Very Good Accomodations.

This hotel is pretty darn good. It's always clean with decent ammenities. They have in-room coffee pots and a fridge. The clerks are very friendly and helpful. We like it real well.
