Room was satisfactory. Had some problems with the rate. Assumed hotel personnel knew what the state rate for a hotel in their county would be. Requested a call back when I found out it was too high. Called several times to request an adjustment. They don't even have the professionalism to call back. Would not recommend this place because of follow-up service.

i loved the service!! i loved the rooms too it was relly cleaned.i would recomend this hotel to my friends and family.

I hav stayed here many times during the last 3 years and most of the time I've never had a problem. Staff is MOST helpful with each of my requests. I frequently have Fed-X and UPS deliver to hotel prior to my arrival and also arrange for the staff to send Fed-X and UPS for me when my project is completed. Never had any problems. This hotel caters to the business traveler and while it's NOT a Marriot it takes good care of me!

I was in town on business.Front desk service slow, and had to ring a bell to wake them up in the back room. They were always in the back room. Asked for a wake up call and staff acted put out and almost argumentitive.Never recieved one call.
