My husband and I visited Washington DC recently, and we have stayed at many Hiltons before, but this one was not as expected the staff at the front desk was friendly, but the staff in the dining area was rude and not attentive to guests. One lady totally ignored us when we asked a question, no one served us, and after all that, I left an item in my ...
A nice location and close to two metro stations, easy to get to DC. Nice room and good size bathroom. The view was the parking garage next door but that was my only complaint. Staff was efficient but not too friendly but not rude. Price was resonable to others in the area. Would stay there again. Does have a bar attached to the hotel too.

My wife requires a 'disabilty' room. I made my reservarions a month in advance for a king/non-smoking/accessible room. Nooo Problem says they.
I called the day before arrival - Oh! you wanted acessible? Why didn't you say so? Okay - we have you covered.
I walked in the door - Sorry we don't have any accesible rooms available ...
The Hotel is very lovely. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We received excellent service while staying there.. All of the employees were more than accomodating, and very helpful. They were excellent in referring us to the local sites, and the most economical way to see the area. Going back is a must.

The location is great. It's close to two metro stops and the Arlington farmers' market is across the street every Saturday. And the Courthouse restuarant district is an easy walk. My only complaint is that the view from most of the rooms is of an alley, but it is an urban hotel, right?
