    The rooms were clean. For a king "suite," the room seemed small; the pullout "sofa" was a narrow loveseat, so plan accordingly if you are bringing kids. The "Hot Breakfast" was a joke.     I took my mom on a special vacation to Petoskey for her 80th birthday. I wanted everything to be perfect for her. Based on other reviews I read, I chose the Hampton Inn & Suites for us to stay in. I must say that the experience was wonderful.
