As a patient at Methodist Speciality and Transplant Hospital, I have stayed at this location about 4 times in this past year. My recoveries have been very pleasant when staying at this location. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I will always return.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful, the free beverages and snacks at night were great. We ate there instead of a restaurant. The pool was clean though a bit crowded but they supplied towels. The hotel was clean, the rooms were clean and the "quickstart" breakfast was delicious. We will stay there again when we go to San Antonio!

I will never stay there again we woke up to a train twice a night one night kids hitting the doors while they rode skate boards at 3am dirty and never cleaned my husband cut his foot on a closet door from opening it and had to seek medical it was dirty.

When i stayed here everything was awsome they have good staff, nice rooms, and very well orginized. They have a very nice pool and hot tub and we liked it so much we are going there again in 3 weeks!

We stay here when ever we go to San Antonio. 4-5 times a year.
Never had a problem, staff is always freindly, breakfast and PM "snacks" are great.
Clean rooms, beds are comfortable. I read someone complaining about noise of kids running in the hall, I think that would fall under parents management...

They lie about the price. I called the hotel phone lobby, and talked to the front desk clerk to reserve a room. Yahoo quotes about $78.00 dollars and they clerk said that is just a bait rate. The room is a charge of $129.00. They should be removed from yahoo list.

My family and I spent 2 days of our Spring break there and was excited about the free stuff. It truly was worth the extra bucks.
