Bed Bugs!I woke up at 4:00am with bed bugs crawling on me! There were two beds in the room so I switched beds (It looked okay.) I saved 3 of the bugs to show to the person at the desk the next morning. She said she could not do anything about it but she would tell the manager when he came in. He called me later in the day. Bed BugsI got up and turned on the light during the night and was horified to see bed bugs. I complained to management but was told that they could not find any sign of bugs. Will not stay again.We stay at Holiday Inn Express 90% of our travels. This was a very dissapointing stay for the following reasons: We checked out a day early.
wireless internet poor,
water pressure and temperature poor,
could not turn off and on lights over bed without plugging and unplugging,
refrigerator was filthy dirty.
This motel needs alot of cleaning up and maintenance.OVERALLService
