I woke up at 4:00am with bed bugs crawling on me! There were two beds in the room so I switched beds (It looked okay.) I saved 3 of the bugs to show to the person at the desk the next morning. I got up and turned on the light during the night and was horified to see bed bugs. I complained to management but was told that they could not find any sign of bugs. I checked out at 3:00 a.m. and was told that I would not be refunded since I stayed the night. Management showed no concern and offered no apology.

We stay at Holiday Inn Express 90% of our travels. This was a very dissapointing stay for the following reasons: We checked out a day early.
wireless internet poor, water pressure and temperature poor, could not turn off and on lights over bed without plugging and unplugging, refrigerator was filthy dirty.
This motel needs alot of cleaning up and maintenance.
