This is my favorite hotel. The staff could smile though. Clean ,comfortable bed's and the casino is just right there which is another plus and beautiful place.Very friendly people.

Cleanliness and service are good, but they fail to tell you that the casino across the street is not a safe place to be. Furthermore, the casino doesn't have a restaurant and the food in the buffet has all kinds of dirty hands in it and is terrible. I felt unsafe in the darkness and worried all night about my car being parked there.

Loved the Hotel...loved how nice the staff was to us, and the staff in the Restaurant? Um, could I take the cooking staff back with me? Delicious food!

This was my first trip to New Orleans we stayed over night at the Hilton Garden Inn Kenner,La. It was very nice and cozy within walking distance from the Treasure Chest Casino. The grounds were beautifuly landscaped with palms and other tropical flowers.Overall I enjoyed my stay and will stay there again!
