One of the nicest hotels I've been to. Service, rooms, pool, spa, and beach all amazing. The martini bar is a must! I will be back.

to many snobs ,difintely not worth the bucks to but up with a holes, service is just ok if
you are not interupting desk clerk to check in

i didnt like the way one of the workers gave me an attitude.Try to give more attention to the pets and give them messages to them also.

The rooms are very clean and the room service is excellent. All the workers are friendly and experienced. The food is also very nice. It is amazingly cooked. I loved your hotel.

It was a spectacular visit, an 'event', with lasting memories of perfection in every way. The service staff, spa service and facilities, outstanding and I cannot wait to return.

My Husband and I expected an upscale version of a holiday inn. Yet once you take the look over the bridge as you are driving that thought instantly changes. From the doorman to the housekeeper you are pampered.

I have to tell you ,if you really want to be pampered, enjoy the whole Miami experience and really call it a vacation, you have to stay at the Mandarin. I booked everything on-line so when I stepped to the front desk I only needed to sign my name and I was wisked away with a nice letter telling me about the nights events in and around the hotel ...

Service, rooms and restaurants are perfect.

It's definitely on the expensive side, but that's to be expected. did not visited the spa, but it's supposedly very good.

Weather wasn't too good, so can't say much abouit pool/beach.

South beach is one cab drive away.

Loved the fact that bathroom is a 'big' part of the room.

Possbily the best hotel I stayed in, considering all factors.

I liked everything about staying at the Madarin Oriental. Its expensive but its worth it. Plus Its not far from my house, so the saty was pretty cool. Its very close to public transportation that'll take you to almost anywhere. Anybody would love the stay their.
