Friendly, helpful staff. Quiet, quiet, quiet. Good location, minutes from the beach and shopping. Clean. Free internet access. No hassles. Very reasonable rates compared to other nearby properties of lesser quality. I always stay here when visiting Rehoboth and I've never been disappointed.

Our stay here for three days in July of 08' was delightful. The family size room was much larger than we expected. The room was clean and beautiful. The staff was helpful and friendly. We had a slight problem with the clothes dyer and the staff immediately came with me and took care of the problem. A park and ride bus stops right along Rte. 1 ...

Very pleased with our stay. We usually stay in Lewes proper but most inns were closed for the winter. This was our first time at the heritage and we found it excellent--fronm the good size of the rooms to the front desk service. Location excellent for visiting the outlet stores or driving into Lees. Even a multiplex movie theater across Highway 1. The continental breakfast is nothing to boast about but at the room rice its erfectly satisfactory.

I really liked this Inn because of the location, it's walking distance to alot of shops and eatery's.The staff is very helpful and the cleaning staff do a good job. Another thing is the Inn itself, I perfer to have a balcony and they offer a free up grade on their web site,so I got my balcony at no extra charge.Can't wait to go back this July. See you soon
