This was my second visit to the hotel. It was my Godson birthday so he and some of his friends came to swim. The pool man was so rude on both visits I dont know if he has a problem with kids or what but on this visit he put extra chlorine in the pool while the kids were in the pool in which resulted in a allergic reaction in there ears eyes and ...

A few problems
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/03/07
1st of all let me say that I really like the hotel. The front desk staff, the bell hops and the ladies in the breakfast room are wonderful. We have been coming to the hotel for quite sometime now. We did experience a few problems while the new casino was being built but they seem to all be worked out now. Now I would like to say that I think it is ...

My wife and I like the friendliness of the staff as well as the big rooms and bathrooms. We like the view from the rooms no matter if it is city view or river view.
I go over to the Queen with my girlfriend about once a month and always have a ball. There's something about the small size and informality of the old boat, which may sadly be lost with the big new on-land facility when it opens. As for the hotel, it is an extra treat when we stay there from time to time, even though we live just 15 miles away. It's not 5 star, but I found it worthy of my time to praise in this review.
It is very convenient for any person who likes to gamble, drink a little, and not have to drive home. The rooms are clean and have everything a person needs for their stay. I enjoy gambling there and look forward to coming back on Thursday Sept. 21.
Rooms were nice and were cleaned very well. They seem to have a problem with their keyless entry system. Every time I went to my room, my key did not work and had to retrace my steps to get a new key. I ate dinner in the casino one evening and tried to charge to my room. The restuarant person called the hotel to verify my having a room and the operator told her I had checked out.
The room was very clean. Front desk employee was very friendly and helpful. Slots were loose. Won enough to to pay for room and all meals. Pool was nice. Will come back again.
