I had a very bad experience with the Waltham ESD, let me tell you the good news first.

The rooms are very nice, with comfortable beds, relatively new appliances and meticulous housekeeping.

Rooms are small, housekeeping only every 3 days, only 1 person at desk so waits are long, no oven in the room, breakfast is very bear-bones, small lobby with minimal seating....bottom line, overpriced at $126 per night.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. the computer in the lobby was great I was able to check-in and lock in my seats for my flight.
