Never Again

We like the Microtel chain, so we were surprised by our experience.

ABSOLUTELY the WORST bed I have EVER slept on. The mattress reminded me of a cot mattress it was so thin! The foot of the bed was higher than the head, and the middle was sunken in, so it reminded me of what it would be like to sleep in a bowl.

NO shampoo nor hairdryer ...

I thought the room was very clean and I liked the style. Our room had nice mirrors on the walls. The service was nice too. We ordered food from our room that came from the restaurant next door. We have been reading reviews/ looking to visit Indy for a week prior to 500. Thanks to the two reviews we will not be staying at the new Microtel @ I-465 and Rockville rd. It does not sound like a very secure and safe hotel.WE also are riders...

The last thing someone wants on vacation is to be worrying about their safety/ and belongings.

A bunch of little things gone wrong

The welcome gift of used condoms in the toilet of this room was perhaps the grossest thing I have ever encountered in any of my many hotel stays.
