Rooms are nice, but there were some issues.

First issue: it took two hours and three phone calls to room service to get some extra blankets. (I had a fever, so the wait was pretty miserable.) Why they can't just leave an extra blanket in the room, like most comparable hotels, is beyond me.

Second issue: the phone in the room didn't work, so each time I called to request blankets, I had to explain that I was a guest in the hotel.
