Closed! We knew this could not last. When they first opened the food was o.k Went back a couple of more times and the food and service just kept getting worse and worse. We vowed not to return after the last time and evidently so did many other people as the doors are now closed!

What happened.....? Drove by today only to find the restaurant is closed!

This is by far our favorite restaurant. The ambiance and service are great. The food is impeccable. We have tried many of the items on the menu, and we have never been let down. We went to Copper Bleu for brunch and it was awful. The food was very poor quality and the service was slow. Everything was cold or not fresh. The mashed potato hash browns for example were blue and tasted like mashed potatos with no salt. The popovers were obviously leftovers. The Bleu crusted steak melts in your mouth with a side of mashed potatoes that you choose what to mix with. They mix them right at your table!!! Fun and the food is excellent.

Copper Bleu is a masterpiece!

The mashed Potato Cart is a Hoot

A small Lakeville strip mall just doesn't seem like the proper setting for Copper Bleu. The place oozes ambiance, prides itself on impeccable service, and offers a fantastic, diverse menu that consists of small plates (reminiscent more of tapas than appetizers), family-style sides (try the mushroom caps), and wonderful main courses. Although expensive for the area, it is priced fairly for its quality.
