Everything was superb, except the beds were too soft. The breakfast buffet was excellent, as were all the meals. The facility has self contained, except for shopping and there were shuttles that took you to the Free Zone, where you could shop till you drop.

Melia is hidden behind the countryside at least 1.5 hr from PTY and Panama City with terrible roads. Don't rent a car and drive. The staff is friendly, helpful and the food is wonderful and priced fare for the value.
Very few of the staff speaks English. Rooms were musky and drapes were dusty. Bed linens was clean but worn out. We complianed ...

I love the location, the service was second to none. The staff spoke English very well, and were very accommediation and informed. I felt safe and treated well. The services offered were excellent a little expensive but good. The view was lovely. I recommend it to everyone and would continue to return.

Can't wait to go see this place and have some fun!! This place has to be one of the most beautiful places to visit for fun, romance and a bit more.
