Safe, clean, fit the budget, everything you could possibly want from the finest hotel in the city. 1/3rd the price of similar in Moscow. English spoken throughout the hotel. Very nice female emplyees there who begged to hold our new baby for us while we had lunch and dinner. Food was excellent and so affordable. Cant find enough good thing sto say and they are prt of Aeroflots mileage program too!
