main hotel and villas have 5* rating, resorts have 4*. This is for those who expect more from resort, though i found it very pleasant and comfy..Room was large overlooking the pool , bathroom was less than i expected almost like underfit for this class of hotel.

Just returned from a week at the Sheraton Sharm Hotel. Booked with “ Best Travel” first time we have used this firm and we had no complains, good price and the “met and greet” facility spot on. Representative polite punctual and more importantly not “ pushy”.

We stayed at the Sheraton Sharm in October and it was fabulous. We were upgraded to a Junior suite, which was total luxury. We had 3 terrace areas to ourselves and our own comfy sun-longers.

i ve just back home, after staying the last week at the hotel. was a great pleasure and fun. my room was at the main building of the hotel at the 6th floor, the prefered floor, and i found my room is very clean and comfortable and service was great. the restaurants were all excellent.

We just got back from Sharm. We specifically requested the hotel based on the reviews on line, so so glad we did. There is a world of difference between the hotel and the resort.
