This very rude manager added $260 to my credit card 2 days after I checked out for what she claimed was a smoking fine, even though I had specifically asked for a non smoking room.My bank and Visa had to fight for me to get my money back after several unsatisfactory conversations with this very rude and unbending manager.Wonder how many others she has fined for the extra money?Great room tho but not worth the hassle.
